Ecopsychology
Ecopsychology is a vast topic, ranging from the highly personal bonds we form with the natural world to the large scale systems that overtly and covertly influence those bonds. My work in this area includes: American society’s narcissistic relationship to nature (Mount Rushmore Syndrome), the opposing assumptions capitalism and democracy make about both human motivation and development, alternatives to capitalism, and why extinction is at least as important as climate change.
Below are my published works on Ecopsychology.
